On our way home from the airport we were convinced by the kids to stop at the T-Rex restaurant...Kaden has never enjoyed being in a restaurant like this before... :) he is mesmorized!!

The milk, cookies and Snowmen was left for Santa with a letter from Orianna wondering what kind of milk he prefers: whole or fat free so we can set up the right kind next year...what a thoughtful girl!

Santa came to visit...again!!!

Gingerbread Houses @ the Robben's

The kids were invited over to our neightbor's house to decorate Gingerbread Houses...they had a great time...and took almost all the candy...can you tell??? Thanks for having us over...:)

Crunchy the Snowman

For many of you who knows me...I am not a very crafty person! I rather buy store made cupcakes than make them myself! I was supposed to bring a Salty snack...looking around I ran across the recipe for "Crunchy the Snowman" very cute...but told myself...too much work! Obviously, Chance wanted me to make them...since I cannot say not to him, here it's the result...

Santa Claus is coming to town...

Sunday we went to see Santa at Mrs. P's (thanks Jennifer for the info!) All the kids were really excited...even though Chance got his pants muddy getting out of the car and Emma got her tights dirty jumping on a puddle of dirty water...it went well! Very nice Santa...the kids got to spend time with him...and the kids got some goodies and yummy cookies!!!

Emma was asking for the American Dolls twins and double stroller,

Chance asked for a book (even though at home he said he was going to ask him for a phone, camera and computer!),

and Orianna asked for the whole American Doll catalog...pretty much!

Even tough it was REALLY col, the kids really wanted to play on the snow some more with their friends!

Snow Day...Part 3

Gingerbread House...not my favorite thing to do...that and craving pumpkins are in Joe Bob's job description! He really likes make them with the kids...and the kids always are expecting him to!

Snow Day...Part 2

After warming up inside...the kids went outside again (it was arleady dark!)...they couldn't get enough!

School was cancelled today, becuaseof ALL the snow! Joe Bob went to Target to get all kinds of gears for the kids to wear outside...boots, pants, gloves, etc! What an awesome time they've had today playing in the snow!!! This morning they played for more than two hours straight in the snow...went to the Robben's for hot cocoa and a movie...and some warmth (I'm guessing!) and went back out for another hour...they came in for lunch...rested for another hour...and off they went outside, again!

Now, they are resting eating popcorn, some more hot cocoa and a movie....and planning on going outside again!!!
